🧪 Suitable for high viscosity material of 10,000~180,000cps viscosity.
🔄 Has the best internal circulation system effect.

🏗️ Lifting emulsifier, including emulsifying pot, operating platform, oil and water pot, and controller.
🔧 Pot device including rack, cover fixed plate, mixing mechanism, dumping, and cooling circulation mechanism.
🪟 Pipe construction design with glass window to monitor material running; Adopted SS304/SS316 for corrosion resistance.
🌪️ Homogeneous stirring and paddle stirring can be used separately or simultaneously for granulation and emulsification.
❄️ Cooling water can be connected to the jacket; includes insulation layer outside the mezzanine.
⏱️ Shorter cycle time compared to standard electrical heating series vacuum emulsifying mixers.
📦 Full system integrates mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, vacuum, heating, and cooling.
