Advanced Homogenizing Technology
High-speed rotors endow materials with high centrifugal force. The material undergoes cavitation, detonation, shearing, and grinding. Combined with the stirrer along the vessel wall, granules spread homogeneously with uniformity exceeding 99%. Small apertures between stator and rotor ensure precise emulsifying while avoiding friction during high-speed rotation.
Manufacturing Process & Equipment Components
Professionally designed for cream/paste manufacturing, featuring two pre-mixing pots, vacuum emulsifying pot, and hydraulic systems. The main pot uses a two-way wall scraping screw belt mixing system powered by German Siemens motors. Inner layers are made of SUS316L stainless steel, while middle jackets and insulation layers use SUS304.
High Viscosity Solutions (>50,000 C.P.S)
Recommended for super high viscosity materials. Equipped with vacuum, hydraulic pressure, heating, and cooling functions. Blending is carried out under vacuum to ensure emulsifying effects. The equipment is CIP-compatible for convenient cleaning and conforms to GMP standards.
