Filtration System
Equipped with polypropylene microporous filtration film, filtration accuracy reaches to 0.2 μm.
Mixing & Chilling
1. Material contact part: SUS316L.
2. One machine realizes mixing, chilling and filtering functions.
Pneumatic Mixing Motor
1. Safety design suitable for alcohol-based liquids.
2. Mixing speed: 0-900rpm.
Control Components

Pneumatic Pump
Double function: pumps raw material from storage to mixing tank, and finished product from mixing tank to storage.
The product is made of high quality 304 stainless steel or 316L stainless steel. The pneumatic diaphragm imported from USA is adopted for pressure source to carry out positive pressure filtration. The connecting pipes are sanitary polishing pipes, which completely adopt rapid installation type connection, with convenient assembly, disassembly and cleaning.
Equipped with polypropylene microporous filtration film, it can be widely used in cosmetics industry, scientific research department, hospital and laboratory, etc. for clarification, bacteria removal and filtration of small amount of liquid, or micro chemical analysis, which is convenient and reliable.
Integrated System Includes: Mixing tank for raw material + Chiller system for cooling perfume + Pump for circulation & discharge + 3 times filter process.
